Toto. Belgrano is a neighborhood in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires Argentina. Tigre is also a neighborhood but this one is outside Capital Federal. Tigre is right next to a river and it is a pretty nice place to go for a picnic, restaurant, or to take a boat tour through the Islands of the Delta. Lots of tourist visit Tigre for the boat tours. In Tigre you can practice lots of watersports like, wakeboarding, rowing, kayaking. Basically I was bored. I took my bike and my GPS and went to Tigre. This is the road that I took through the city. This is a street only trail. There are no off roads or dirt roads! (29.2 miles)
